- Hi Guys,I am trying to save cue points in Traktor Pro 2.6, so that i don’t have to resetup cue points each time I’m using a track. I have googled a bit and watched some tutorials on how to do this, and what most people seam to be saying is you right click the track in the browser (make sure you are in track collection) and click on write file tags…Only thing is this does not come up in my right click menu, what i have in the menu is:I dont see write file tags ?Any help appreciatedPeace Sunj 😎Are you deleting tracks from Traktor’s collection? In my experience, once you import a song into Traktor and set up cue points (using 1, 2, 3, 4, etc) they’ll remain there every time you reopen the song, unless you delete them from the collection. And of course, this doesn’t apply with the cue button/floating cue.Yeah, same here. Voice vst free download. Once you set them, they’re set until you change them. The only thing I can think of is you don’t have Traktor set up to save the collection when you close the program so it wipes all the cue points out.

- Hey guys, this could possibly be the stupidest question asked but if I don’t ask it ill never know:In the Traktor iOS app I noticed that I could set cue points beyond 4 and up to 8. But since I have an S2 I can only access hot cues 1 to 4. I can see my hot cues 5 to 8 in Traktor on my Mac but can’t hit them when I’m playing a track. Is there a way that I can access hot cues 5 to 8 from my S2 by way of a mapping? Or alternatively is there a keyboard shortcut that allows me to hit them? Thanks guys. You can map hotcues 5 – 8 by adding a modifier which acts like a shift key, then use 1:5, 2:6, etc. https://skieychi.weebly.com/precision-tune-auto-care-durham-nc.html. If you’re not sure how to do it, open your S2 mapping and look at how hotcues 1-4 are mapped, then just apply the same/similar settings for the additional hotcues.Or select add in, track deck –> cue –> map hotcue, then select hotcue type 1-8, deck target, and choose your modifier. Descargar autotune efx. Probably a button you don’t use much. You can decide to make it a toggle switch or hold switch.I would also, for simplicity, recommend getting an X1. This will grant you 1-8, along with giving you additional control over FX and transport for deck C and D should you choose. I’ve seen used models for <$100.Good luck.JPtheGeezer, post: 38700, member: 8081 wrote: Hey guys, this could possibly be the stupidest question asked but if I don’t ask it ill never know:.Saved me from asking it.And a perfect answer.Following on, is there a way to use an apc20 to trigger them?Definitely @ Candyman. Just map it as generic MIDI. You can pretty much map anything to anything that is MIDI. I use the 9 faders on my MID keyboard to control the EQs and volume faders in Traktor. If I wanted, I could even map keys to fire off hotcues or chained effects. It all depends on how you want to use it.niu02kevin, post: 38726, member: 8306 wrote: Definitely @ Candyman. It’s an indispensable resource for getting the most out of Traktor. Well worth the price. Rainer takes you through a logical series of exercises explaining everything even better than the Native Instruments Traktor Manual does. PM if you like, I’ll help if I can.niu02kevin, post: 38747, member: 8306 wrote: I learned to map from the Traktor Bible. It’s an indispensable resource for getting the most out of Traktor. PM if you like, I’ll help if I can.I also got the book and learned alot about mapping from their as well. Also checked out alot of the mapping videos on youtube…specifically from Dj Shiftee and EndoSure. Either you could get creative with your mapping, or you can flip the X1 into MIDI mode by holding shift and hotcue, at the same time. It’s like an entire extra page of controls. You could map it to do whatever you want it to. I used to use the X1 to do EVERYTHING. I’d convert to MIDI mode and my X1 became my mixer with EQs, kill switches, filter knobs with on/off, volume-faders, and a cross-fader. Get creative!
